Terms of Service

Use of the Service
Aishare is an independently operated software product created by an individual developer. It provides AI visibility audit and reporting tools. You are responsible for the accuracy of submitted audit inputs and for complying with your organization's data policies.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Aishare to break the law, infringe intellectual property rights, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, scrape or overload systems, or submit sensitive personal data unless you have the required rights and approvals. You are responsible for the brand, competitor, persona, and prompt data you provide.
Billing and Credits
Audit credits are consumed when a user submits an audit. Failed background jobs may be compensated automatically. Subscription billing is handled through Creem.
Subscriptions and Access
Paid plans unlock the usage limits shown at checkout or inside the application. Subscription changes, failed payments, cancellations, and renewals may affect access to audits, exports, and team features. Creem acts as the merchant of record for checkout, payment, tax, and invoice handling. Refund eligibility is described on the Refunds and cancellation page and remains subject to applicable law.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
AI responses can vary by model, time, and provider behavior. Reports are decision-support signals, not guarantees of marketplace ranking, conversion, or revenue.
AI Output and Customer Review
Aishare may use third-party AI model providers to generate audit observations. Model output is not professional, legal, financial, or marketing advice. You must independently review results, citations, and recommendations before relying on them.
Availability and Background Processing
Audits are processed by background workers and external providers. Processing can be delayed or fail because of queue load, rate limits, model provider outages, network errors, or maintenance. We may retry, compensate credits, or pause workloads to protect the service.
Privacy and Support
Use of the service is also governed by the Privacy Policy. For billing, account, privacy, or support questions, contact the service operator through the support email published in the application.
