Service Operator

Aishare is independently built and operated by an individual developer. A branded, reachable support address will be published before live paid launch. Personal KYC details are provided privately to payment and payout providers when required and are not published on this website.

Information We Process

Aishare processes account information, audit inputs, generated AI responses, billing metadata, and operational logs needed to provide GEO audit and Share of Voice reporting.

Account, Workspace, and Audit Data

We may store your email address, organization membership, brand names, competitor names, personas, prompts, audit settings, raw model responses, parsed report results, exports, and usage history. This data is used to run audits, show historical reports, calculate usage limits, and help support requests.

Service Providers

The product uses Supabase Auth for authentication, Supabase for database storage, Creem for billing, a Node.js worker for background jobs, and AI model providers for audit generation. Do not submit confidential data unless your provider agreements allow that use.

AI Providers and Generated Content

Audit prompts and related brand context may be sent to third-party AI providers selected by the application configuration. Generated responses can be inaccurate or change over time. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them in business decisions.

Billing, Analytics, and Monitoring

Creem processes checkout, subscription, payment, and invoice events. We store only the billing metadata needed to activate plans, update quotas, reconcile payments, and provide support. If enabled, Sentry and PostHog may collect error, performance, page view, and product usage events so we can diagnose production issues and improve the service.

Data Controls

Customer data is scoped to authenticated users. Production operators should configure Supabase RLS, provider retention settings, webhook secrets, and access controls before launch.

Retention and Deletion

We retain account, audit, billing, and operational records for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse, and resolve disputes. To request export, correction, or deletion of your data, contact support through the email address published by the service operator.
